Dylan connected really well straight away, and from that point everything just kept improving. The way Matt listens to the boys makes a huge difference, especially with some of the quieter kids and his overall approach evidently works. Nothing to criticise!

What stands out most is the quality of coaching and the way it has connected with players. Seth has really improved in his approach around shot selection and constructing an innings, largely due to the respect he has for the Matt’s experience as a coach but also success as a batter. As a result this has translated into performance, producing his best season yet finishing second in the competition for runs and averaging nearly 50.

One thing that really stands out is the genuine interest shown in the players beyond just the sessions. Reaching out with a simple message before or on game day meant a lot to our two, they absolutely loved it. It adds a really personal touch and shows how much you care. Highly recommend!
